Dear Family and Friends:
We get General Conference a week later here in the Philippines than when you all get it back in America. So I got to watch it just this last weekend and I was so excited!
I just have to say that there were so many wonderful things said in the talks given, but Elder Holland's talk hit me really hard. I love the way that he is able to expound on simple truths and use these eloquent words to just make it hit you in a different way. He really has a gift when it comes to painting a picture.

Something that was different for me this time was that I didn't fall asleep during this conference like I usually do. We had to sit up in a chapel for the whole thing. And let me just say you will get SO much more out of it if you do it that way. It was amazing.
Sorry, this letter is going to be shorter than usual. My companion has been sick this week and the work has been slow because of that. Just know I love all of you and thank you for your prayers and help.
For those of you reading this and you may be thinking about going on a mission, let me give you some wise words from a very wise man in my life: "You may regret not going on a mission, but you will never regret going on a mission." (Thanks Dad)
Much Love,
~Sister Lefebvre
